FEDERAL FUNDS FOR EDUCATIONAL TELEVISION (EXCERPT) Act 153 of 1966 388.1043 Advisory committee for development of educational television system; appointment. Sec.
3.The state board of education may appoint an advisory committee to conduct studies relating to the development of an educational television system in the state with particular emphasis on a complete engineering study of the feasibility of a multichannel broadcasting system for instruction, materials distribution and administrative data handling.
