STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION (EXCERPT) Act 287 of 1964 388.1013 Superintendent of public instruction; appointment; removal; term. Sec.
13.The state board by the affirmative vote of a majority of its members shall appoint and may remove a superintendent of public instruction and determine the term of office.
