COUNTY EMPLOYEES' CIVIL SERVICE SYSTEM (EXCERPT) Act 370 of 1941 38.419 Civil service employees; soliciting for political purposes prohibited. Sec.

19.Politics, unlawful solicitation. No officer or employee of the county in the classified civil service, shall directly or indirectly make, solicit, or receive, or be in any manner concerned in making, soliciting or receiving any assessment, subscription, or contribution for any political party or any political purpose whatsoever. Any employee violating the provisions of this section may be removed from the office.
