POLYGRAPH PROTECTION ACT OF 1981 (EXCERPT) Act 44 of 1982 37.208 Violation; penalty. Sec.
8.A person who violates this act is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000.00, or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both.
