THE HUMAN CLONING FUNDING PROHIBITION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 111 of 1998 333.26406 Violation; penalty. Sec.

6.A person who violates section 3 is subject to a civil fine of $10,000,000.00. A civil fine imposed under this section shall be distributed in the same manner in which penal fines are distributed in this state.
