THE HUMAN CLONING FUNDING PROHIBITION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 111 of 1998 333.26404 Exception. Sec.

4.Section 3 does not prohibit the use of state funds for scientific research or cell-based therapies not specifically prohibited by that section.
