THE HUMAN CLONING FUNDING PROHIBITION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 111 of 1998 333.26402 “Human cloning” defined. Sec.

2.As used in this act, "human cloning" means that term as defined in section 16274 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.16274.
