THE MICHIGAN BIOLOGIC PRODUCTS INSTITUTE TRANSFER ACT (EXCERPT) Act 522 of 1996 333.26338 Conveyance of assets; liens, claims, or interests. Sec.

8.Except for taxes otherwise imposed by the state or a political subdivision of the state, the conveyance of assets permitted under this act is free and clear of any liens, claims, or interests of the state or of a person claiming through or under the state.
