ATHLETIC SERVICES PROVIDERS (EXCERPT) Act 31 of 1990 333.26306 Effective date of MCL 333.26302 and 333.26303. Sec.

6.Sections 2 and 3 shall take effect upon the expiration of 90 days after the effective date of this act.
