AMANDA'S FUND FOR BREAST CANCER PREVENTION AND TREATMENT ACT (EXCERPT) Act 134 of 2007 333.26237 Availability of money for distribution; money remaining at close of state fiscal year. Sec.

7.The money in the fund that is available for distribution shall be appropriated each year. If money remains in the fund at the close of the state fiscal year, that money shall remain in the fund and shall not lapse to the general fund.
