AMANDA'S FUND FOR BREAST CANCER PREVENTION AND TREATMENT ACT (EXCERPT) Act 134 of 2007 333.26235 Use of money. Sec.

5.The department shall utilize money from the fund to expand the breast and cervical cancer control program's ability to provide screening, follow-up care, and treatment to program participants. This money shall be used to provide direct services to program participants and shall be in addition to any other allocation or appropriation and is intended to enhance appropriations to the breast and cervical cancer control program and not to replace or supplant those appropriations.
