MICHIGAN DO-NOT-RESUSCITATE PROCEDURE ACT (EXCERPT) Act 193 of 1996 333.1064 Requirement to execute order prohibited. Sec.

14.A person or organization shall not require the execution of an order as a condition for insurance coverage, admittance to a health care facility, receiving health care benefits or services, or any other reason.
