MICHIGAN DO-NOT-RESUSCITATE PROCEDURE ACT (EXCERPT) Act 193 of 1996 333.1062 Immunity from civil or criminal liability. Sec.

12.A person or organization is not subject to civil or criminal liability for withholding resuscitative procedures from a declarant in accordance with this act.
