PROSTATE CANCER RESEARCH FUND ACT (EXCERPT) Act 135 of 2007 333.26242 Definitions. Sec. 2. As used in this act:

(a)"Department" means the department of community health.
(b)"Fund" means the prostate cancer research fund created in section 3.
