MICHIGAN HEALTH PLANNING AND HEALTH POLICY DEVELOPMENT ACT (EXCERPT) Act 323 of 1978 325.2021 Criminal or civil liability of member or employee. Sec.
21.An individual who as a member of the council or as an employee of the office, by reason of the performance of a required or authorized duty, function, or activity, shall not be held to have violated a criminal law of this state or to be civilly liable under the law of this state if the individual acted within the scope of the duty, function, or activity, except for wanton and willful misconduct.
