MICHIGAN HEALTH PLANNING AND HEALTH POLICY DEVELOPMENT ACT (EXCERPT) Act 323 of 1978 325.2019 Availability of records and data to public; fees. Sec.

19.Except as prohibited by law protecting confidential information, the office shall make records and data available upon request to the public and may charge fees for the cost of the records and data.
