MICHIGAN HEALTH PLANNING AND HEALTH POLICY DEVELOPMENT ACT (EXCERPT) Act 323 of 1978 325.2014 Office of health and medical affairs; creation; function. Sec.

14.The office of health and medical affairs is created in the department of management and budget. The office shall serve as the state health planning and health policy development agency.
