MICHIGAN HEALTH PLANNING AND HEALTH POLICY DEVELOPMENT ACT (EXCERPT) Act 323 of 1978 325.2005 Definitions; O, P. Sec. 5.

(1)"Office" means the office of health and medical affairs created in section 14.

(2)"Provider of health care" means an individual who represents a health care provider organization concerned with health facilities or licensed health professionals.
