SAFE DRINKING WATER ACT (EXCERPT) Act 399 of 1976 325.1020 Variances or exemptions. Sec.

20.The department may authorize variances or exemptions from the state drinking water standards in accordance with Public Law 93-523 (1974) and the federal rules and regulations.
