SAFE DRINKING WATER ACT (EXCERPT) Act 399 of 1976 325.1018 Water haulers; license; source of water; water quality. Sec.

18.Water haulers shall obtain an annual license from the department for their containers, equipment, and operation. The source of water shall be acceptable to the department and the water quality shall meet the state drinking water standards.
