MICHIGAN HEALTH PLANNING AND HEALTH POLICY DEVELOPMENT ACT (EXCERPT) Act 323 of 1978 325.2001 Short title. Sec.

1.This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Michigan health planning and health policy development act".
