CONGRESSIONAL REDISTRICTING ACT (EXCERPT) Act 221 of 1999 3.62 Enactment of redistricting plan for congressional districts apportioned to Michigan. Sec.
2.Not later than November 1, 2001, and every 10 years thereafter, the legislature shall enact a redistricting plan for congressional districts apportioned to Michigan.
