LEASING STATE PROPERTY TO ARMED FORCES (EXCERPT) Act 17 of 1943 3.501 State administrative board; lease of state property to United States armed forces; approval. Sec.

1.The state administrative board of the state of Michigan is hereby authorized and empowered to lease to the armed forces of the United States of America, real and personal property of the state of Michigan upon the recommendation of the department of this state occupying and/or using such property on such terms and conditions as such department and the state administrative board may determine; subject, however, to the approval of such leases by the attorney general of this state. The state administrative board of the state of Michigan is also hereby authorized and empowered to enter into agreements with or to grant permits
