FIRE PREVENTION CODE (EXCERPT) Act 207 of 1941 29.12 Orders presumed valid and reasonable; prima facie evidence. Sec.
12.Each order issued by the state fire marshal under section 9 shall be presumed to be valid and reasonable and shall be prima facie evidence of the truth of the matters and things set forth in the order.
