ANIMAL INDUSTRY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 466 of 1988 287.711 Agreements to protect or enhance growth of livestock industry or human food chain. Sec.

11.If the director considers it a benefit to the health or condition of the livestock industry of this state, the director may enter into agreements with the secretary of agriculture of the United States department of agriculture, the secretary's authorized representative, or any other person to protect or enhance the growth of the livestock industry or the human food chain of this state.
