BEEF INDUSTRY COMMISSION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 291 of 1972 287.610 Falsification of affidavits, records, receipts, or information. Sec.
10.A person who falsifies any affidavit, record, receipt, voucher or any information required to be maintained by this act is guilty of a misdemeanor.
