BEEF INDUSTRY COMMISSION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 291 of 1972 287.608 Enforcement of act; reimbursement. Sec.
8.Employees and agents of the department shall enforce this act. The commission shall reimburse the department in the enforcement of the act. Such funds received by the department are appropriated for the department's use.
