USE OF DOGS AND CATS FOR RESEARCH (EXCERPT) Act 224 of 1969 287.393 Dealers or facilities; responsible for acts of agents or employees. Sec.
13.When construing or enforcing the provisions of this act, the act, omission or failure of any individual acting for or employed by a research facility or a dealer within the scope of his employment or office shall be deemed the act, omission or failure of such research facility or dealer as well as of such individual.
