PET SHOPS, DOG POUNDS, AND ANIMAL SHELTERS (EXCERPT) Act 287 of 1969 287.340 Violations; penalty. Sec.
10.Any person who violates the provisions of this act or any rule of the department of agriculture promulgated under the provisions of this act is guilty of a misdemeanor.
