PET SHOPS, DOG POUNDS, AND ANIMAL SHELTERS (EXCERPT) Act 287 of 1969 287.335 Inspection of pet shop premises. Sec.
5.The director of agriculture shall not issue a license to operate a pet shop until he has inspected the premises to assure that it complies with the provisions of this act and the rules of the department of agriculture.
