PET SHOPS, DOG POUNDS, AND ANIMAL SHELTERS (EXCERPT) Act 287 of 1969 287.333 License required. Sec.
3.No person shall operate a pet shop unless he has first received a license from the department of agriculture under the provisions of this act.
