TURTLES (EXCERPT) Act 424 of 1988 287.312 Sale or distribution of turtle eggs or live turtles; health advisory sheet required. Sec.
2.A person shall not sell or distribute in the state viable turtle eggs or live turtles with a carapace length of less than 4 inches unless he or she provides the purchaser with the health advisory sheet described in section 3.
