DISPOSAL OF LIVESTOCK (EXCERPT) Act 308 of 1976 ***** 287.254 THIS SECTION IS SUBJECT TO CONDITIONAL EXPIRATION: See 287.258 ***** 287.254 Availability of site; notice. Sec.
4.The site shall be available for the voluntary disposal of livestock pursuant to this act for a period not to exceed 60 days from the opening of the site. The director shall cause to be printed not less than 5 days before the opening of the site in papers of general circulation in agricultural communities in the state, notice of the location of the site and the dates and times during which the site will be available for the voluntary disposal of livestock.
