LICENSING LIVESTOCK DEALERS (EXCERPT) Act 284 of 1937 287.129 Rules and regulations; adoption, promulgation, enforcement. Sec.
9.The department is authorized to formulate, adopt, promulgate and enforce rules and regulations for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this act.
