FRUITS AND VEGETABLES; CONTROLLED ATMOSPHERE STORAGE (EXCERPT) Act 228 of 1959 286.374 Rules and regulations. Sec.
4.The director may promulgate rules and regulations regarding the controlled atmosphere storage of fruit or vegetables pursuant to the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328.
