CHEMICAL LABORATORIES; FRUIT PROTECTION (EXCERPT) Act 137 of 1935 286.345 Rules and regulations; enforcement by commissioner of agriculture. Sec.

5.The commissioner of agriculture is charged with the enforcement of this act and is hereby empowered to promulgate such reasonable rules and regulations as are necessary to carry into effect the intent and purpose of this act.
