INSECT PESTS AND PLANT DISEASES (EXCERPT) Act 72 of 1945 286.256 Commissioner may make rules and regulations; quarantines. Sec.
6.The commissioner of agriculture is hereby authorized to make such rules and regulations and establish such quarantines as he shall deem necessary for the proper enforcement of this act, and all orders, rules and regulations promulgated by the commissioner of agriculture pursuant to the act shall have the force and effect of law.
