FIREARMS (EXCERPT) Act 372 of 1927 28.432b Signaling devices to which MCL 28.422 inapplicable. Sec. 12b. Section 2 does not apply to a signaling device that is approved by the United States coast guard pursuant to regulations issued under 46 USC 481, or under 46 USC 1454.
