BUREAU OF CRIMINAL IDENTIFICATION AND RECORDS (EXCERPT) Act 289 of 1925 28.245 Local bureaus of identification; establishment. Sec.

5.The commanding officer shall offer assistance and when practicable, instruction, to county sheriffs, chiefs of police, and other peace officers in establishing an efficient local bureau of identification in their districts.
