BUREAU OF CRIMINAL IDENTIFICATION AND RECORDS (EXCERPT) Act 289 of 1925 28.241 Department of state police; responsibility for criminal and juvenile identification and records; apparatus and materials. Sec.
1.The department of state police is responsible for criminal and juvenile identification and records. The department shall be supplied with the necessary apparatus and materials for collecting, filing, and preserving criminal and juvenile records filed with the department.
