AIRPORT AUTHORITIES (EXCERPT) Act 73 of 1970 259.815 Capital city airport; transfer. Sec.

15.The state administrative board shall transfer to the authority subject to conditions and restrictions herein approximately 1,135 acres of land in fee simple, 238 acres in easements and land now under lease, including all options, easements, rights of way, and all improvements thereto, except as noted herein and equipment necessary to the operation of the airport as listed in the final agreement now owned by the state to the authority.
