AIRPORT AUTHORITIES (EXCERPT) Act 73 of 1970 259.807 Airport authority as body corporate; other airports; powers. Sec.
7.The authority shall be a public body corporate with powers to sue or be sued in any court of this state and have the power and duty of planning, promoting, extending, owning, maintaining, acquiring, purchasing, constructing, improving, enlarging and operating all publicly-owned airports and airport facilities hereinafter established to be operated within the territorial jurisdiction of the authority.
