AIRPORT AUTHORITIES (EXCERPT) Act 73 of 1970 259.805 Additional counties joining authority. Sec.
5.Any additional county contiguous to the original counties forming the authority may subsequently become a member of the authority upon resolution adopted by the governing body of the county and acceptance thereof by resolution adopted by majority vote of the board. The number of members to be added to the board when an additional county becomes a member of the authority shall be determined by the board.
