TALL STRUCTURE ACT (EXCERPT) Act 259 of 1959 259.492 Violation of act; penalty. Sec.

12.Whoever violates or fails to comply with the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $500.00, or by imprisonment for not more than 1 year, or both. Each day that such violation or failure continues is a separate offense.
