TALL STRUCTURE ACT (EXCERPT) Act 259 of 1959 259.490 Action to enjoin, restrain, correct, or abate violation. Sec.

10.In addition to any other remedy, the commission may institute in a court of competent jurisdiction an action to enjoin, restrain, correct, or abate a violation of this act or of a rule or order of the commission issued pursuant to this act. The court may grant the relief necessary under this act and the rules and orders of the commission issued pursuant to this act.
