TALL STRUCTURE ACT (EXCERPT) Act 259 of 1959 259.488 Building permits; conduct, controlling statute and rules for conduct of public hearings. Sec.
8.All public hearings shall be conducted as prescribed by Act No. 327 of the Public Acts of 1945, as amended, being sections 259.1 to 259.208 of the Compiled Laws of 1948, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
