COMMUNITY AIRPORTS (EXCERPT) Act 206 of 1957 259.622 Airport authority; body corporate, powers. Sec.

2.The airport authority shall be a body corporate with power to sue or be sued in any court of this state and may exercise any and all powers necessary and incident to the acquisition, construction, improvement, enlargement, extension, ownership, maintenance and operation of the landing, navigational and building facilities necessary thereto of 1 or more community airports.
