REGULATION OF VEHICLES ON SCHOOL PROPERTY (EXCERPT) Act 175 of 1958 257.961 School property; municipal regulation of operation, parking and speed of vehicles. Sec.

1.Every municipal legislative authority wherein the properties of any board of education, school district or community college district is situated shall have the authority to adopt ordinances governing the operation, parking without fees and the speed of motor vehicles upon the property of such board of education, school district or community college district, for the purpose of enforcement and the imposing of penalties for the violation thereof in the same manner as other ordinances of the municipal legislative authority are enforced.
