THE PUPIL TRANSPORTATION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 187 of 1990 257.1869 Purchasing school buses; rehabilitation of school buses; costs; rules. Sec.

69.The cost of purchasing school buses and the rehabilitation of school buses to extend the period of usefulness shall conform with the rules promulgated by the department of education to provide state aid to eligible school districts for the purchase of school buses and the cost of rehabilitation of school buses to extend the period of usefulness.
