MOTOR VEHICLE SERVICE AND REPAIR ACT (EXCERPT) Act 300 of 1974 257.1340 Disposition of fees. Sec.

40.Except as otherwise provided in section 30(2)(a), the fees collected under this act are credited to the general fund of this state.
